Job Description
Our client has requested an Experienced Consultant to lead and assist in implementing, supporting, and maintaining Oracle Primavera Oracle Unifier. To provide a project management information system software solution (PMIS) and related implementation and training to existing Oracle Unifier software implementation. Advanced experience in developing training courses and materials for the Oracle Unifier system. The key components of this procurement include:
Implementation Services
- Assessment of the Oracle Unifier current state developed by Client, make recommendations, assist in configuration as needed.
- Develop plans to add any additionally needed Oracle Unifier functionality
- Conduct a discovery and design to identify new Oracle Unifier functionality
- Leverage a proven implementation methodology covering the entire implementation life cycle
- Configure and revised Oracle Unifier BPs, add new Oracle Unifier BPs into one standardize system
- Provide an integration strategy for Clients financial and other systems needing to encage information to Unifier.
- Identity, design, configure and implement approximately 100 key Oracle Unifier reports and dashboards utilizing Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)
- Identity, design, configure and implement RESTful Web Services to Unifier and from external systems
- Assist Client staff to test and oversee acceptance of Unifier PMIS.
- Provide training for Client personnel on using PMIS (including on-line training manuals, train-the-trainer sessions for supervisors/super users and dedicated help line for questions/trouble shooting).
- Modify the existing Oracle Unifier BPs and expand the system functionality with additional Oracle Unifier BPs
- Standardize the new Oracle Unifier PMIS to improve operational efficiency and team collaboration in a single system to manage a project from initiation thru closeout.
- Tightly link elements of the cost management process and document management so all team members can quickly access project information.
Our Client is looking to refine and expand the present Oracle Unifier PMIS software solution with consulting services and ongoing support in the following format, with deliverables for each task:

- A detailed description of any prior experience developing, establishing, managing, supporting or Oracle Unifier PMIS System services for public and/or private clients.
- Use of Oracle Unifier, and P6 in-house capabilities to provide all requested services.
- Any other relevant information which may demonstrate that the Respondent has: (I) a track record of successfully partnering with its clients to implement Oracle Unifier and achieve the goals set forth in the contract; (ii) a track record of successfully working with public sector entities; and/or (iii) experience, skills and competence in agile methodology.

Job Description
- Lead the Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation process from project initiation to project closeout
- Create functional requirements
- Design, document, and develop business processes (BP) design in Unifier
- Collaborate with solution architects on architecture design
- Prepare design documents and work task plans
- Working with the implementation team, you will design migration onto Unifier from other systems and serve as architect and SME on integration efforts to other systems
- Assist in gap analysis and participate in developing solution strategies
- Assist in data conversion strategies
- Support implementation teams in developing Primavera PPM solutions
- Support implementation team in integrating Primavera Unifier and P6 EPPM.
- Develop testing plan, scripts, and procedures
- 6-8 years of Primavera Unifier & P6 EPPM implementation experience.
- Should have thorough knowledge on Oracle Primavera Unifier & P6 EPPM features.
- Should have experience in core implementation of Primavera Unifier.
- Should have experience in integration with other systems like ERP/ Document Repository Solutions etc.
- Should have a strong understanding of Primavera Web Services and API’s
- Cost analysis & cost engineering experience on EPC projects.
- Expert in uLink, uDesigner, Unifier
- Knowledge of Earned Value Analysis, Cost Forecasting and Contract Management.
- Strong Background in Reports Development, with expertise in Oracle BI Publisher, Primavera Analytics and Oracle Database
- Preferred: knowledge of Construction Management and Cost Control Systems.
- Bachelor of Engineering in Computers / Information Technology / Civil Engineering.
- PMI or AACE certification or equivalent is a plus
- ITIL Foundation Certified
- Experience within the Project & Portfolio Management industry and demonstrated expertise in implementing Unifier.
- Demonstrated knowledge and strength in understanding these Unifier key features and BPs:
- WBS and Cost Control Methodologies
- Procurement and Bid Management
- Estimate, Budget, and Scope Management
- Contract Management and Change Management
- SOV, Invoicing, and Payment Applications
- Cash Flow Curves (Design, Options, Maintenance)
- Candidates are must be ready to travel to KSA immediately.
